Garlic Large

A large bulb of garlic grown in our garden. Picked in early summer and slowly cured, this garlic will keep in a cool, dry place until Christmas. In early summer, it’s still considered ‘wet’—with waxy skins and slightly sweeter cloves. As it cures, the skins dry out and become papery, resembling the garlic you typically find in shops.
