Broad Beans 800g

A handpicked bunch of beans in their shell. Broad beans have been cultivated since ancient times, providing an early, protein-rich crop long before most other vegetables are ready to harvest. Still popular today, they work wonderfully in salads, risottos, or blended into dips. We typically grow overwintered Aquadulce Claudia, but occasionally experiment with other varieties for later harvests or more unusual beans.
